For many years now the Contest-line series of models has attracted the highest praise and many accolades for the quality, comprehensive kit contents, and performance of the models. We are con­stantly working on advancing the level of prefabrication, and improving the versatility of these excellent models.

Now MPX present the Master Edition, which introduces further innovations, even better pre-fabrication and yet higher performance for the top models in the Contest-line series.

• All Master Edition models are supplied with the flying surfaces factory-covered, and airbrakes fitted.

• New type of pre-installed control surface hinge - This eliminates forever the problematic business of attaching control surfaces, using a technique, which is effective, permanent and extremely strong.

No extra work or trimming required. This shortens assembly times considerably. It also eliminates the problem of control surfaces pushing away from the hinge line over a long period, with resultant loss in precision and efficiency.

• Carbon cloth wing reinforcement - The carbon makes the wing significantly stiffer in bending and torsion, helping to endow the models with much more accurate flying characteristics. Winch launches can now be made with greater line tension, resulting in higher launches. With torsionally rigid wings maximum safe air­speeds are significantly higher.

• Naturally the Contest-line Master Edition models include all the features which have always kept the Contest-line models well above the standard:

•  Fully lined control surfaces (right to the trailing edge)

•  Factory-installed joiner systems,

•  Intro leading edge,

•  Top-quality GRP fuselages with hard surface and bonded-in tailposts, factory-installed elevator bellcranks,

• Multilock wing retainers,

• floating wing joiners etc.
