The Nimbus polarised RC sunglasses set enjoys a superb specification. Nimbus sunglasses have been specifically designed and manufactured for radio controlled modellers, with interchangeable lenses for different light conditions - with the Category 0 yellow lenses fitted, you can even enjoy the benefits of light enhancement on a cloudy day. New for 2009 is the tougher, bullet-resistant TR90 frame.
THE FRAMES
Lightweight TR90 frame, with sprung side arms, rubber nose pads and rubber side arm extensions for comfort fit. The frame has a slight built-in flex that allows for fitting on most sizes and shapes of head. Finished in a sprayed silver-grey finish.
THE LENSES
Nimbus sunglasses are supplied with the following lenses:

Cat 0 light-enhancing, for dull light

Cat 2 beige polarised, for fairly bright or changeable conditions

Cat 3 polarised grey mirror for sunshine

Cat 4 dark, smoked lenses for very bright conditions.
All lenses have an anti-scratch coating and precision decentred optics.
OPTIONAL PACKAGE UPGRADE
Please note that additional lens options are available for this pair as follows: Category 2, non-polarised (red); Category 3, non-polarised (grey mirror); Category 3 Vented Frostech (blue mirror). our new Frostech lenses offer superb IR reduction, prevent fogging on hot days, and look very fashionable.
