The enormous success of the “Airdancer” has encouraged us to take the theme one stage further. “Real aeroplane” looks, good ground take-off ability and additional elevator control are the features which make the difference. Our new model is based loosely on the “152”, a 2-seater private aircraft manufactured by the Cessna company, and one of the most popular versions in use worldwide. The model makes no particular demands on the pilot's ability. Take-off and landing are more or less automatic, and once in the air the model is so docile that you can leave the controls alone for much of the time. If you get the model in a dangerous flight attitude, just remember to let go of the transmitter sticks and you will find that the Cessna is quite capable of returning to “straight and level” by itself. The model's good-natured flying characteristics are due in no small part to its extraordinarily lightweight construction based on moulded components. Integral supports for the various internal and external fittings exclude the possibility of constructional errors and make it possible to complete the model very quickly. The tricycle undercarriage and steerable nosewheel ensure reliable ground take-offs from a hard surface.

Don't worry if you don't have a take-off strip handy, as the model responds well to a simple hand-launch. Flight times of up to 10 minutes’ duration on one battery charge are perfectly normal.  With a proportional speed controller you have full control over the Cessna’s flight speed and/or climb rate, allowing you to carry out crowd pleasing low passes before touching down exactly at your chosen landing spot.
