This model is the one for the inexperienced pilot, as it represents a radio-controlled model which can be confidently expected to give successful results right from the outset. In every situation the Ranger’s low airspeed and forgiving handling give the pilot plenty of time to react correctly at the transmitter. 

Switch on the motor, give the model a gentle push forward, and away she climbs steadily without you having to do anything from the transmitter. Adjust the airspeed with the elevator, and the model can even cope with slightly stronger winds. When you are ready for a little more fun it is also possible to fly simple aerobatics such as loops, steep turns and stall-turns. The model always responds in an easy-going manner, and never speeds up too much. The standard 2/3-channel motor switch gives you full On/Off control of the motor in addition to full rudder and elevator control even if you only have a low-cost 2-channel radio control system. When you want to land, just switch off the motor and the model slides gently to a halt in the grass after a flat approach. 

The kit components can be fitted together very quickly and held that way with glue and the self-adhesive material supplied. Apart from a small screwdriver and a sharp knife you need no tools at all. Nor a paintbrush either - the styrofoam parts are completely through-coloured, and the transfers on the large decor sheet supplied give the aircraft an attractive finish. The wing is a two-part design for ease of transport. No other parts are required apart from the economically priced Control-Set.
